Company Description
Brain & AI Research Group (BAIRG) is a research-focused startup dedicated to advancing academic exploration in cognitive psychology. We provide students and aspiring researchers with hands-on opportunities to learn research methodologies, including study design, analysis, and academic writing. Through close mentorship and collaborative projects, participants develop essential skills and confidence in scholarly research. At BAIRG, we emphasize high academic integrity and offer a supportive environment for emerging scholars to grow as independent thinkers and valuable contributors to the field of cognitive psychology.
Role Description
Mode: Remote (Online)
Duration: 1–3 months (flexible)
We are looking for motivated individuals to join BAIRG as Sales & Outreach Interns to support enrollments for programs. This is a performance-driven outreach role, focused on spreading awareness about BAIRG programs through your personal networks and communities, and contributing to enrollment growth.
-Promote BAIRG programs within your personal networks, college groups, and communities
-Help increase visibility and direct traffic to BAIRG’s Instagram and YouTube channels
-Connect with interested students and guide them toward enrollment
-Support company’s outreach
Qualifications
-Students or recent graduates (Psychology, BCom. , BBA, Sales background preferred, not mandatory)
-Good communication and networking skills
-Active on social media and student communities
-Self-driven and comfortable with outreach-based roles

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management skills.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, social media platforms, or digital marketing is advantageous.
