What you'll get to work on
SALES & STRATEGY
- Work directly with senior sales heads to devise go-to-market strategies and sales policies
- Get exposure to the full sales cycle — from lead generation and outreach to deal closure
- Participate in field sales and understand the ground reality of customer acquisition
- Contribute to pricing strategy, market positioning, and competitor analysis
MARKETING & BRAND
- Support campaign planning and execution across digital and offline channels
- Develop content, messaging, and materials that resonate with real buyers
- Track and analyse campaign performance — and use data to sharpen what works
- Work on brand initiatives at a company that's actively growing its footprint nationally
INDUSTRY EXPOSURE
- Gain deep, unfiltered insights into how a fast-scaling EV company operates
- Attend real strategy sessions, customer meetings, and internal reviews
- Receive regular feedback from experienced industry professionals — the kind that actually makes you better
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Techno-Commercial Sales Track
Ideal for engineers who want to be closer to the market, not just the product.
B.Tech / BE preferred — any engineering discipline welcome
Direct Sales & Marketing Track
Ideal for commerce and management grads ready to hit the ground running.
B.Com / MBA preferred — marketing, sales, or related specialisation
- Fresh graduates or candidates with under 1 year of experience — very much welcome
- Strong communicator — comfortable speaking to customers, teams, and leadership
- Goal-oriented with a genuine drive to learn, grow, and deliver
- Curious about the EV industry, sustainability, or emerging technology
- Proficiency in English and Tamil; Hindi is a plus
