Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support daily sales activities, including interacting with potential customers, explaining services, and assisting in follow-ups to help close deals. The intern will contribute to basic marketing tasks such as preparing promotional materials, supporting online campaigns, and gathering feedback from customers to improve outreach. This is a full-time role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in New Delhi, where some tasks can be performed from home while others require on-site presence. The intern will help maintain customer records, coordinate with team members, and participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills. The role offers hands-on experience in sales operations, customer engagement, and foundational marketing practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and basic sales coordination.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including a willingness to learn quickly and apply guidance from mentors and supervisors.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include basic knowledge of marketing concepts, comfort with digital tools (email, spreadsheets, social media), and the ability to work in a hybrid environment based in New Delhi.
- Relevant coursework or academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a proactive attitude and reliability in meeting full-time role commitments.
