Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role for a Sales And Marketing Intern based in Noida, India, with the flexibility to work remotely on specified days. The intern will assist in generating and qualifying leads, supporting sales activities, communicating with prospective customers, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include contributing to sales strategies, assisting with training materials, and working closely with the sales team to meet objectives. The role offers a dynamic opportunity to gain experience in sales, customer engagement, and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and a strong ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Customer Service expertise, ensuring positive client experiences and relationships
- Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management to assist with lead generation and deal progression
- Experience in Training or a willingness to contribute to knowledge-sharing and development initiatives
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with the SaaS industry is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
