Role Description
This is a full-time Associate role based on-site in Rajasthan, India. The Associate will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of academic and operational tasks, ensuring smooth functioning of daily activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with faculty and students, managing academic records, preparing reports, addressing queries, and contributing to the development and delivery of educational programs. The Associate will play a key role in fostering a positive learning environment and upholding the institute’s commitment to excellence in education.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with faculty and students
- Proficiency in tools and technologies for creating reports and managing academic records
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a high-pressure environment
- Experience in an educational or training institution preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
