Role Description As a full-time remote Sales and Marketing Intern at Agentic Academy Labs, you will support outreach and growth initiatives for the internship-cum-training programs. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist in identifying prospective participants, responding to inquiries, and guiding interested individuals through the enrollment journey. You will help manage communication across email, social media, and other channels, ensuring timely and helpful responses. The role includes supporting sales campaigns, creating and updating basic marketing materials, and tracking leads and feedback in internal tools. You will collaborate closely with the training and product teams to understand program offerings, communicate value clearly, and contribute ideas to improve marketing and sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospective participants, handle inquiries, and maintain a professional, supportive tone across channels.
- Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management, including lead follow-up, pipeline tracking, and supporting enrollment targets.
- Ability to participate in and support Training activities, such as learning program details, assisting with onboarding sessions, and relaying feedback to the team.
- Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access, good time management, and the ability to collaborate using online tools.
- Motivation to learn about technology education, internships, and modern software development stacks, with prior exposure to tech or education sectors considered a plus.
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
