Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales and Marketing in cutting tools, based in Pimpri Chinchwad. The role involves identifying and visiting prospective and existing And New customers, understanding their cutting tool requirements, and presenting suitable product solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on orders and payments, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The position also requires coordinating product demonstrations, supporting customers with basic application guidance, and collecting market feedback to inform sales strategies. The role will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets in the cutting tools segment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, close deals, and manage customer accounts.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support customer education on cutting tool products and basic applications.
- Relevant experience in industrial sales, tooling, machining, or manufacturing will be beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, travel to customer locations within the region, and manage time efficiently.
- Basic technical understanding of cutting tools or willingness to learn quickly through on-the-job training.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
