Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to drive business growth in the restaurant industry. The role involves acquiring new restaurant clients, increasing brand visibility, executing marketing campaigns, and improving customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
* Identify and onboard new restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and QSR chains
* Conduct product demos and presentations (POS / restaurant solutions)
* Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → demo → negotiation → closure
* Develop strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Build partnerships with food chains and franchise owners
Marketing Responsibilities
* Plan and execute campaigns targeting restaurant owners and F&B businesses
* Run digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing)
* Organize on-ground promotions, events, and restaurant visits
* Create offers, discounts, and promotional strategies to attract clients
* Manage online presence, branding, and lead generation funnels
Business & Strategy
* Analyze market trends in the restaurant and food tech industry
* Identify competitors and position the product effectively
* Improve customer acquisition and retention strategies
* Collaborate with product and support teams to enhance customer experience
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of the restaurant / F&B ecosystem
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in B2B sales (preferably POS, SaaS, or hospitality tech)
* Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
* Field sales and client handling experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality
* MBA is a plus
* Experience working with restaurant tech / POS solutions is highly preferred
