Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Head. The role involves leading the sales and marketing strategy, building and managing high-performing teams, developing customer acquisition plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. The Sales and Marketing Head will oversee all marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners for higher business impact and brand growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Revenue Generation, and Business Development
- Strong leadership, Team Building, and Stakeholder Management skills
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign Planning, and Market Analysis
- Excellent skills in Communication, Networking, and Negotiation
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Data Analytics, and Performance Management software
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in managing remote teams is a plus
- Familiarity with the subscription economy and membership management trends is an advantage
