Drive sales of villas/units under the
Sale Leaseback investment model
Acquire manage
HNI, UHNI, NRI, and global investors
Promote project USPs including
assured returns, profit share, ROI owner benefits
Build and manage investor pipelines across the international markets
Lead the sales team and deliver monthly/quarterly sales targets
Build strong alliances with wealth advisors, investment consultants channel partners
Conduct investor presentations, webinars, roadshows, and global outreach
Represent the brand at luxury property hospitality investment events
Team building and Team handling
What Were Looking For
Experience selling
villa investments / luxury real estate / hospitality assets / fractional ownership
Excellent communication, negotiation leadership skills
High confidence, global mindset strong investor networking
Ability to handle both Jaipur Pushkar head office locations
Deep understanding of ROI models, ADR trends hospitality revenues
Good Leadership skill
