Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Fresher located in Chennai. The selected candidate will support sales and marketing initiatives, contribute to market research and analysis, assist in the development of marketing strategies, generate and nurture leads, and engage customers with clear and persuasive communication. The role will involve working closely with team members to identify opportunities and strategize client acquisition and retention efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing fundamentals with the ability to execute basic sales and promotional strategies
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
- Creativity Skills to develop innovative approaches for campaigns and client engagement
- High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
