Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for Sales and Marketing located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's services to achieve sales targets. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, presenting product offerings, closing sales, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Additionally, the individual will participate in sales training sessions and collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address inquiries
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and manage client relationships
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members is preferred
- Ability to work independently, coupled with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Understanding of marketing strategies and business management tools is a plus
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in Sales or Marketing can provide an added advantage
