Role Description :
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive (Freshers can apply) who is passionate about sales, client interaction, and content creation. This role offers strong exposure to the real estate and construction market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through online/offline channels
- Conduct site visits with clients
- Handle client meetings and presentations
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Support digital marketing activities
- Create engaging content for social media platforms
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English, Telugu, Hindi preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools is a plus
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and real estate
- Creative mindset for content creation
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
