About the Role:
WyzMindz Solutions is looking for energetic, self-driven, and growth-oriented professionals who are passionate about Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and AI-powered business operations.
This role offers an opportunity to work on real-world B2B sales, lead generation, digital marketing, client outreach, and AI-driven business growth initiatives while building a strong foundation in enterprise sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and market research
- LinkedIn prospecting and outreach
- Email communication and follow-up with prospects
- Sales support and meeting coordination
- Content writing and marketing activities
- Canva-based design creation for marketing campaigns
- Excel data management, reporting, and CRM updates
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, content creation, and business tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives
Skills Required:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interest in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Canva
- Understanding of LinkedIn outreach and email marketing
- Basic knowledge of ChatGPT or other AI tools
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take ownership
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Eligibility:
- 1+ year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Lead Generation is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a learning mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
