About the Role:
WyzMindz Solutions is looking for energetic, self-driven, and growth-oriented professionals who are passionate about Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and AI-powered business operations.
This role offers an opportunity to work on real-world B2B sales, lead generation, digital marketing, client outreach, and AI-driven business growth initiatives while building a strong foundation in enterprise sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead generation and market research
· LinkedIn prospecting and outreach
· Email communication and follow-up with prospects
· Sales support and meeting coordination
· Content writing and marketing activities
· Canva-based design creation for marketing campaigns
· Excel data management, reporting, and CRM updates
· Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, content creation, and business tasks
· Coordinate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives
Skills Required
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Strong interest in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
· Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Familiarity with Canva
· Understanding of LinkedIn outreach and email marketing
· Basic knowledge of ChatGPT or other AI tools
· Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take ownership
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Eligibility
· 1+ year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Lead Generation is preferred.
· Freshers with strong communication skills and a learning mindset are encouraged to apply.
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
