Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Sales Executive based in Kolkata. The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research and analysis, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, presenting sales and marketing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development
- Strong understanding of market research, Lead Generation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Cold Calling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques
