* Location: 312 Geras Imperium Rise, Rajiv Gandhi InfoTech Park, Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune, Maharashtra 411057
💼 Role Highlights:
* Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
* Eligibility: Freshers & Experienced candidates (0–4 years)
* Open to graduates in any discipline (MBA/BBA/B.Com preferred).
* Ideal for individuals with experience/interest in field sales, real estate, online marketplaces (e.g., MagicBricks, NoBroker, JustDial), or lead generation.
* Job Type: Field-Based / Hybrid / Remote
* Compensation Potential:
* Probation Period (3 Months): 10%–15% performance-based commission on revenue generated.
* Post-Probation CTC Range: ₹5 LPA – ₹8.4 LPA (based on performance & business contribution).
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Educate and onboard property owners onto PG Hub India & Resorts-Villa platforms.
* Conduct field visits, generate qualified leads, and meet key decision-makers.
* Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through effective communication and negotiation.
