Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to manage the end-to-end customer journey, from handling inbound leads generated through online campaigns to converting them into customers and ensuring long-term engagement.
This is a high-ownership, revenue-focused role where you will work across both sales execution and marketing support, managing the full funnel:
Lead → Qualification → Demo → Conversion → Retention
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound leads from digital campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Qualify prospects based on requirements and intent
• Explain products and guide customers through the buying journey
• Conduct product demos and consultations (phone/video)
• Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets
• Assist in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns
• Manage post-sales support, follow-ups, and retention
• Maintain strong customer relationships and track interactions
Who Should Apply
• Candidates interested in sales, marketing, and customer engagement
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and closing sales
• Ability to handle sensitive healthcare conversations with empathy
• Background in BBA / B.Com or relevant field (preferred)
