Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing sales activities, and enhancing client relationships. Daily responsibilities include creating market plans, identifying potential clients, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote services effectively. The role also involves monitoring market trends and providing actionable insights to the team.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and craft effective strategies.
- Proven ability in Sales and Marketing to meet targets and boost business growth.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in the recruitment or placement industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
