Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive located in Thane. The key responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, generating and acquiring new clients, closing deals, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, and building strong customer relationships. Additionally, the role involves promoting insurance products, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent client communication and understanding their insurance needs. The role also includes organizing and participating in marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and identify opportunities
- Proficient Communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and relationship building
- Proven capabilities in Sales and Marketing to achieve targets and drive growth
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic, client-focused environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is needed
