Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will focus on driving sales efforts, building and maintaining customer relationships, planning and executing marketing strategies, and providing training on product usage. Daily responsibilities will include engaging with clients, managing sales pipelines, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to build lasting professional relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Capability to conduct Training sessions tailored for customer or team development
- Proficiency in identifying market opportunities and implementing effective marketing strategies
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and improve processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the hydraulic or industrial equipment sector is a plus
