Overview
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, promoting the company's digital marketing and real estate services, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and marketing skills to drive business growth.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Promote and sell digital marketing services and real estate projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery.
- Maintain CRM records and submit sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience required in sales and marketing or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft tools like – MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates dynamic thinking with the ability to grasp new concepts and adapt accordingly.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Fixed + lurcative Incentives
- Fixed Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
