Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, generating sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role also involves market research, branding, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to drive growth, create impactful campaigns, and represent the company to external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales goals
  • Marketing strategy and campaign development experience, including digital marketing and branding
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Market research and analytical abilities for identifying trends and opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or related industries is a plus
