Job Title: Executive-Sales & Marketing(North Region)

Job Description:
Executive-sales & marketing is responsible for tracking market developments, creating strategies, set up sales plans, and maintain customer relations. Also, collaborating with others salespeople to effectively sell and draw eyes to current campaigns to increase the customer base, put passion for sales management into selling our solutions and converting leads into customers
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Market research, survey, finding Quality leads from the Education market & turning them into orders
- Responsible for accomplishing the assigned monthly, quarterly or annual sales targets & achieving sales operational objectives.
- Developing sales and marketing strategies and communicating job expectations by analysing the existing gap, planning, monitoring and reviewing job contributions
- Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
- Meet customers regularly, maintain updated customer information, including contact data, and organise the CRM database of the company.
- Conduct market intelligence, analyse competitors’ strategies, and report the same along with recommendations.
- The role will be based in Bangalore, with responsibility for managing the North region and travelling whenever business requirements arise.
- Provide superior customer service and be responsible for customer satisfaction
- Assess the SWOT analysis of the internal and external sales and marketing environments of the company.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalising on market opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of all vendor products, pricing, options, finishes, details
- New Customers Acquisition & Lost Order Interaction visit
- Execute other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, MBA in marketing, plus 1 to 3 yrs of relevant
experience (as described below) in any School furniture manufacturing industry.
Skills and behaviours:
- Furniture Details, Finishes, options, Pricing, Pricing and local competition, products, and product pricing.
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English will be an added advantage.
