Roles & Responsibilities:

• Promote company products/services through sales and marketing activities
• Identify potential customers and generate new leads
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
• Prepare sales reports and share feedback with management
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: BBA / MBA in Marketing (mandatory)
• Experience: Fresher preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Willingness to learn and target-oriented mindset
• Local candidates from Alwar are preferred
