š Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive ā Paper Division (Field Role)
We are expanding our Paper Division and looking for a driven, field-oriented marketing professional to support client acquisition and business growth.

B D Packaging & Allied Industries carries forward 80+ years of legacy rooted in the paper and packaging industry, with decades of experience catering to converters and manufacturers across India. We deal in a wide range of paper and packaging products serving industries such as food packaging, healthcare, printing & writing, and hygiene applications.
š¹ Key Responsibilities
ā¢ā ā Field-based marketing across West Bengal
ā¢ā ā Identify, approach, and onboard clients across printing, packaging, FMCG & healthcare.
ā¢ā ā Develop and expand dealer/distributor networks
ā¢ā ā Manage the complete sales cycle ā lead generation, negotiation, closure, and repeat business
ā¢ā ā Travel within and outside the state as required for business development
š¹ Candidate Profile
ā¢ā ā Strong communication and negotiation skills
ā¢ā ā Ability to independently generate and close business opportunities
ā¢ā ā Comfortable with extensive field work and travel
ā¢ā ā Self-motivated with high ownership and execution capability
Preferred (not mandatory):Experience in paper, packaging, or allied industries
š¹ Compensation
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and capability
