Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Engineer based in Chennai. The role involves engaging in technical sales processes, conducting market research, supporting marketing campaigns, and maintaining strategic customer relationships. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, promoting products and services, proposing custom solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through post-sales support and guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making
- Proficiency in Market Research techniques, including industry trend analysis
- Exceptional Communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination
- Experience and aptitude in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
- Marketing expertise, including the development and implementation of marketing strategies
- Technical understanding of machinery, engineering solutions, or the energy sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced multinational environment
- Proficiency in English, and knowledge of local languages in the Chennai region is a plus
