Company Description
Garuda3D, established in 2016 is a 3D Printer manufacturer. Known for its innovative designs, Garuda3D was the first in India to develop IDEX 3D Printing and Industrial Pellet Extrusion systems.
We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales & Marketing Engineer to drive business growth for our Pellet-based 3D printing solutions.
The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding application requirements, delivering technical presentations, coordinating with the internal engineering team, and successfully closing deals.
This position is ideal for someone who can bridge engineering + sales + customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Customer Outreach
* Identify and connect with potential clients across industries such as:
* Automotive
* Foundry
* Pharma
* FMCG / Packaging
* R&D Institutions / Universities
* Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry visits
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

2. Customer Requirement Understanding
* Meet customers (online & in-person) to understand:
* Application requirements
* Materials (pellets, composites, recycled plastics, etc.)
* Production vs prototyping needs
* Translate customer needs into technical inputs for internal teams
3. Technical Presentations & Demonstrations
* Prepare and deliver:
* Product presentations
* Application-based proposals
* ROI / cost-benefit justifications
* Conduct machine demos (in-house or at customer site)
4. Coordination with Technical Team
* Work closely with:
* R&D
* Design
* Application engineering
* Ensure feasibility of customer requirements
* Support in customizing solutions when required
5. Proposal & Deal Closure
* Prepare techno-commercial proposals
* Follow up consistently with clients
* Handle negotiations and close orders
* Support in PO conversion and payment follow-ups
6. Marketing Support
* Contribute to:
* Case studies
* Application development ideas
* Industry-specific marketing content
* Provide market feedback to improve product positioning
Required Skills:
Technical
* Basic understanding of:
* 3D printing (FDM / Pellet / extrusion preferred)
* Materials (plastics, composites)
* Ability to understand engineering drawings & applications
Sales & Communication
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
* Confidence in customer meetings and negotiations
Tools & Exposure
* MS PowerPoint / Google Slides
* CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
* LinkedIn outreach familiarity
Qualifications
* B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Mechatronics / ECE or related)
* 1–2 years experience in:
* Technical sales
* Industrial equipment sales
* 3D printing (highly preferred)
