Role Summary

We are looking for a Sales Operations & Marketing Coordinator who will act as the central bridge between multi-city sales teams, marketing, survey, operations, and management.

This role involves lead consolidation, customer coordination, marketing support, reporting, and order-to-delivery tracking to ensure seamless execution across departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination & Lead Management

• Coordinate daily with sales teams across multiple cities
• Collect and track leads from calls, WhatsApp, trackers, and campaigns
• Maintain structured master sheets for pipeline tracking
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments
• Share product details, pricing, brochures & presentations
• Prepare quotations based on customer requirements
• Follow up with prospects until deal closure

Site Survey & Order Coordination

• Assign survey requests to field teams
• Coordinate between sales, technical & operations teams
• Track orders from confirmation to installation
• Act as a single coordination point for customers

Marketing & Content Support

• Create promotional posters and creatives
• Support social media promotion
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns
• Write and publish blogs related to Smart Parking, IoT & AI

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports
• Track targets and performance metrics
• Share progress updates with management

Skills Required

• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good verbal & written communication
• Basic understanding of sales process & CRM
• Ability to multitask and manage stakeholders
• Creative mindset for marketing support
• Interest in Smart Parking / IoT / AI is a plus

Qualification

• 0–2 years experience in Sales Operations / Sales Coordination / Marketing Support
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
