Role Description The Sales and Marketing Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves supporting sales activities, coordinating with clients and internal teams, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer databases. The coordinator will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, organizing events and trade shows, and developing promotional materials. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, drafting professional communication and marketing content, tracking project timelines, and ensuring that sales and marketing initiatives are implemented efficiently to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for client interaction, presentations, and marketing content.
- Demonstrated Sales experience or aptitude, with the ability to support lead generation and follow-up.
- Event Planning capabilities to coordinate exhibitions, customer meetings, and promotional activities.
- Project Management skills to track tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for reporting and data management.
- Understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing basics is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate within a team, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
