Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in GCCs, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives and service requirements.
- Opportunity Identification & Business Expansion: Identify new business opportunities by aligning the organization’s offerings with the strategic goals of GCCs.
- Project Management & Execution: Lead and manage client-specific projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with client expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, delivery, and technology, to design and implement solutions for GCC clients.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success while maintaining a client-centric approach.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop performance metrics for client engagement and project management activities. Create and deliver regular reports on project status, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights: Stay updated on GCC market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging business needs to support proactive client engagement and solution development.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in client engagement, business development, and project management within Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or shared services environments.
- Strong project management experience with a track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills in a global, matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in high-pressure environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with business process transformation, IT services, or digital solutions for GCCs.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
