Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District for a Sales and Marketing position at Unique Fiberworks. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and engaging prospective clients, building strong customer relationships, and leading efforts to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends, managing sales performance, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality customer service to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and strong Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and resolve inquiries
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive business development and achieve targets
- Ability to provide Training and mentorship to team members to optimize performance
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of FRP or similar industries is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
