OE Sales Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager – Automotive (Passenger Vehicle OEMs)
📍 Location: Pune , Pirangut and Baner
🕒 Experience: 3–5 Years
We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong OE Sales experience in Passenger Vehicle OEMs and a sound techno-commercial background to join our team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales activities with Passenger Vehicle OEMs
• Handle mechanical products such as Chassis, Suspension, Powertrain, Transmission, Steering & Braking Systems
• Forecasting, delivery planning & AR control
• Coordination between plant and customers
• Account reconciliation & annual sales planning
• Manage MIS reporting and create reports for key stakeholders
• Support quality-related coordination activities
• Strong negotiation with internal & external customers

🔹 Qualifications:
• BE / Diploma in Engineering or Science Graduate
• MBA (Marketing) preferred

🔹 Technical & Commercial Skills:
• Strong understanding of automotive mechanical systems
• Forecasting & delivery management
• AR control & commercial coordination
• Exposure to SAP is an added advantage

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Adaptable and collaborative mindset
