Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing professional located in Ahmedabad. The role involves developing and managing sales strategies, cultivating strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and conducting sales training sessions. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing sales pipelines, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing targeted marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including building and managing pipelines and achieving targets.
- Ability to conduct effective Training sessions for team members and clients as part of sales support.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus.
