About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive on-ground business development for a premium alco-beverage brand. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality landscape, relationship-building skills, and the ability to position and place a premium brand across high-value outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive brand listings and placements across premium hotels, bars, restaurants, and members-only clubs
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers including F&B heads, bar managers, and procurement teams
- Conduct in-person meetings, brand presentations, and tasting sessions to showcase the product and its value proposition
- Lead outreach efforts across Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, and Goa, ensuring consistent market penetration
- Negotiate commercial terms and close partnerships aligned with brand positioning
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and track conversions across cities
- Work closely with internal teams on pricing, inventory, and marketing support for each outlet
- Gather market insights, competitor activity, and consumer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies
Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in HoReCa sales/business development, preferably within alco-bev or premium F&B brands
- A strong existing network within hotels, bars, restaurants, and private clubs will be a significant value add
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with on-ground execution
