💼 Role Overview:
- Generate leads and bring in new clients for our social media services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Work closely with the creative team to align client expectations
🕒 Work Structure:
- 3 Days Work From Office (Bhopal)
- 3 Days Work From Home
- Flexible working hours
💰 Compensation:
- Base Salary: ₹10,000/month
- Performance Bonus: Earn bonuses for achieving monthly targets
- High-Ticket Commission: Extra commission for closing premium clients
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English and Hindi)
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of social media & digital marketing (preferred)
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
📍 Location:
Bhopal (preferred candidates from Madhya Pradesh)
