Job Position: SALES AND MARKETING
LOCATION:- CHANDIGARH,AMRITSAR,LUDHIANA
EXPERIENCE:- 1 TO 6YEARS
Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate new business through dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and project sales.
- Promote and sell construction chemical products such as waterproofing solutions, tile adhesives, epoxy flooring, grouts, admixtures, repair mortars, and protective coatings.
- Conduct regular customer visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up to close orders.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for product demonstrations, site support, and order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain outstanding receivables within company norms.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback to management.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and product launches as required.
