Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing professional based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and delivering product demonstrations. The candidate will also be responsible for leading and training sales teams, conducting market analysis, and building relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales, including creating and achieving sales goals
- Background in Sales Management and Team Training
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
- Knowledge of home interiors and design is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site at the Bengaluru location
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
