Job Description
Student Outreach and Growth (Entry-level)
Junior Counsellor & Social-Media Associate
About “SSB with ISV”
SSB with ISV (Integrated SSB Virtuosos) is the Services Selection Board mentoring arm of CS Joint Services Academy Pvt. Ltd., established in July 2021 to help India’s youth realise their ambition of serving as officers in the Indian Armed Forces. Having coached 500+ students, we have had 188 success stories thus far. 188 of our students are now serving officers in the Indian Armed Forces.
Rather than being just a coaching centre, SSB with ISV represents a community committed to holistic personality development — guided by the philosophy of Manasa-Vacha-Karmana (alignment of mind, speech and action).
Under the mentorship of seasoned ex-SSB assessors, who have personally assessed thousands of candidates, we provide structured guidance through every aspect of the SSB selection process — psychological preparation, group-task training, interview readiness and personalised mentoring.
With a focus on integrity, discipline and genuine growth, SSB with ISV empowers aspirants with confidence, clarity and the skills to clear the rigorous SSB selection — helping them step closer to their dream of serving the nation.
