Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Associate located in Patna .The role involves engaging with clients, promoting and selling healthcare services, developing marketing strategies, and delivering excellent customer service. The Sales and Marketing Associate will also provide training to ensure cohesive communication and effective execution of sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions and building customer relationships
- Experience in customer service and maintaining client satisfaction
- Proficiency in sales and an understanding of sales and marketing strategies
- Ability to train and guide team members in alignment with sales objectives
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven track record in healthcare sales or marketing roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
