Responsibilities:
Inbound lead management, lead generation, and prospecting (i.e. cold calling/outreach, social media, networking, events, etc)
Existing sales pipeline management and report sales progress
Work on generating specific deal proposals
Develop sales strategies to form meaningful
relationships with CXO's and other business leaders
to bring in new clients and grow existing accounts.
• A proven track record for high-level negotiation and successful relationship management
Strong team player, acts as an owner, and ultimately focuses on delivering results with high standards
Touring and demonstrating Karya locations and business solutions with potential members
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop the sales strategy
Qualifications:
3+ years of sales experience - commercial real estate sales/hospitality/selling a service
Experience with Salesforce or similar softwares a plus
B2B business solutions experience a plus
Business Development experience a plus
Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships
Ability to penetrate new markets
Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and challenging market conditions
