Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Associate based in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in creating and implementing marketing campaigns. The role also involves conducting training sessions, generating leads, preparing sales presentations, and achieving sales targets while ensuring brand visibility and growth in the market.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven ability in generating leads, executing Sales, and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in Sales & Marketing processes and strategies
- Capable of conducting training sessions and providing strategic support to teams
- Proficient in leveraging CRM tools and market analysis for decision making
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the manufacturing, industrial, or construction sectors is advantageous
