Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales and Marketing Associate. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting company products and services, and developing strategic sales and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, building client relationships, providing customer support, and participating in training programs to enhance product knowledge. The role collaborates closely with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Sales proficiency, including the ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge or experience in Sales & Marketing, with capability to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Experience in conducting Training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the power solutions or energy sector is a plus.
