Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Associate based in Noida. The individual will focus on driving sales initiatives, implementing marketing strategies, building customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to promote sustainable products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with clients, providing training on product offerings, managing client inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and the ability to develop effective Sales strategies
- Knowledge of Marketing, Sales & Marketing techniques, and market analysis
- Experience in training clients or team members on products and services
- Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the infrastructure, construction, or sustainability sector is an advantage
