📍 Location: Delhi & Gurugram
💼 Role: Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing
🕒 Schedule: Mon–Sat | 11 AM – 8 PM (Sunday Off)
💰 CTC: ₹10 LPA (₹8 LPA Fixed + ₹2 LPA Variable + Travel Allowance)
🚗 Role Type: Field-based (School visits | Events | Parent engagement)
🔹 What You’ll Do
• Drive school partnerships and platform adoption
• Enroll students into free trial programs
• Convert leads into paid users
• Manage renewals, retention & parent engagement
🔹 Who We’re Looking For
✔ 2+ years in EdTech / B2C / Field Sales
✔ Strong English & Hindi communication
✔ Comfortable with field work
✔ Own 2-wheeler preferred
