Role Description
The Sales and Growth Manager will play a key role in expanding our business and ensuring client success. This full-time, on-site position is based in Dehradun. The responsibilities include identifying and securing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, developing growth strategies, analyzing market trends, and overseeing projects to optimize customer engagement and profitability. The role also encompasses providing insights for improved business processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Possess strong Sales, Communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience with Analytical Skills and using Analytics to understand market trends and drive growth opportunities.
- Proficient in Project Management and oversight, ensuring project timelines and objectives are met.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and client success.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or technology sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
