Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Field Sales and Application Engineer, based on-site in Bengaluru. The Field Sales and Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, sales engineering, and customer relationship management. They will work closely with clients to understand their technical needs, assist with product selection, and propose solutions that meet their requirements. In addition, they will provide feedback to the engineering team for product improvements and new product development.
Qualifications
- Territory Sales experience with technical design in cycle.
- Technical Support and Customer Relationship Management skills.
- 5+ Years of OEM sales experience in a technical industry is required.
- Component sales experience in a technical industry is required.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills for both internal and external customer base.
- Exceptional follow up skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in the RF, microwave, or optical industry is a plus.
- Experience working with Semiconductor Customers to open up opportunities in Reference designs.
- Basic technical knowledge of RF and MW Circuits and Components like Ceramic Chip Antennas, Filters, Balun, Couplers, Hi-Q SMD capacitors, wire wound/ceramic inductors, RF switches, and RF transceivers.
- Candidates worked with Design Engineers of industry segments like, Automotive, Consumer, Aerospace, Defense, Automation, Energy, Industrial, Lighting, Medical, Telecom Customers.
- Travel for more than 50% of the time to Customers place for product promotion and opening up opportunities for our products.
