Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in various markets like UP, Punjab, Maharashtra, Gujarat etc. for a Sales and Distribution Manager. The Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing distribution networks, and monitoring market trends to identify growth opportunities. Daily tasks include leading sales teams, building and maintaining relationships with distributors, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring targets are achieved. The role also involves analyzing data to generate actionable insights and preparing reports for leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, and Sales Execution
- Strong understanding of Distribution Management, Territory Management, and Channel Development
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Business Development, and Competitive Benchmarking
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented and fast-paced environment with strong leadership traits
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales performance reporting
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the Beverages sector is mandatory
