Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Development Manager based in Nashik. The primary responsibilities include leading and managing sales teams, driving business growth, and developing strategies to meet organizational sales targets. The role also involves building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. The Sales and Development Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations and sales performance.

  • Proven leadership experience in sales management and team development
  • Strong skills in business development and identifying growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management abilities
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the automotive or related industry is highly preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus
