Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Cherthala for a Sales and Customer Relations position. The role involves managing customer inquiries, building and maintaining strong client relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service, and implementing sales strategies. Additionally, the role includes training sales teams, overseeing sales management activities, and identifying opportunities to expand market reach and increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Ability to deliver Training for sales teams to improve performance and align with company goals
- Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships and an understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the carpet or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
